- Once you have added all items you would like to purchase, proceed to checkout

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by Stanley Onah. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:

·  If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment;
·  If shipping restrictions apply to a Product;
·  If Products shown on the Website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described;
·  Suspected fraudulent activities.

We start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, therefore it may not possible to cancel your order before you have received it. Please email info@stanleyonah.com immediately to check if the order can be cancelled. However you can cancel your order by returning your goods, following the returns process in our Returns Policy.
 
3. QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Stanley Onah is not liable for these variations and deviations.

Prices displayed online are displayed in GBP (British pound sterling).
Stanley Onah reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards and the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion.

RETURNS POLICY

All returned items must be undamaged and in original condition. There needs to be no evidence of stains, marks or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.

 

All returns have to be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.

 

Please note that we do not offer free returns.  In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.

 

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

 

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

 

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
